Angels & Demons

This poll is all about angels and demons. Some may be only half demonic (Pritkin) or a wee bit fallen (Ad), but they are what they are and we love them for it. Once again we can choose only two.

Yes, I broke my own poll rule and chose two characters from the same author for the poll. I couldn't choose between Raphael and Illium. Can you blame me?

Sorry, I could only choose one - Big Al from RM's series. Not a fan of Pritkin and I haven't read the other stories yet. My TBR is beyond full, but I will get to them eventually. Hope I don't throw the poll votes off!

I may have to pass on this poll. I can cast one vote for JRW's fallen angel, but I only know a little about Pritkin and nothing about the others. If it ain't a vamp, a were, a shifter or a human I probably haven't read it.

Well....I have read the demons in the Immortals After Dark series but they weren't included.

ETA: there is another series with demons. I can't remember the writer. Brothers...one of them ran an emergency room. Underground. Hmmmm.....must not have been too good if no one remembers it.

Wraith is from the Demonica series. He's was my favorite of those brothers.

Illium I really hope the next book in that series is about him.

Drat, I only cast one vote, that's what you get for jumping in feet first and not reading the instructions! I voted for the lovely, delicious, yet dangerous and mysterious Bluebell! My second vote would have to go to Wraith, I think, maybe. Decisions, decisions. I haven't read a couple of those series. Yet I do appreciate the recs, though *adding to my tbr list*

The next new Guild Hunters story is a novella about Galen and Jessamy. I want an Illium novel, but I would be content with an Aodhan novel if I can't get Illium.

I want Jason or Venom! I know she said we may not get them all but I want their stories!!!

I'm hoping she means we won't get all novel length stories. I'm okay with a couple of novellas sprinkled in the mix.

I'm good with novellas too. I just wish I could remember who Galen and Jessamy are!

Galen is the member of the Seven who spends most of his time in the Refuge and trained Elena. Jessamy is the teacher from the Refuge.

On Al, I have come to like his character. However, I hated the way he has tried to kill, enslave, and beat the shit out of Rachel (several times over). I don't like when male characters abuse women in any way. It took me some time to get over reading about Barron's rape of a woman and then his treatment of pulling Mac's hair after the Priya (sp?) scenario. After all it is fiction, but I wouldn't put up with that crap in real life.
